Founding Partner and Chairman of NewMargin Ventures, Vice Chairman of SHVCA, Executive Chairman of Shanghai Xinjiang Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Shanghai Changji Chamber of Commerce. EMBA degree from HKUST, DBA degree from CEIBS. He previously served as a core executive at ICBC, TBEA, Banglian Asset Management, and Securities Star, had extensive experience in financial management, enterprise management, corporate governance, investment, and M&As. As one of the earliest founders of RMB equity funds in China, he was a director or supervisor of more than 10 leading enterprises at the time. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial banks, listed companies, and equity investment. He is known for his steady style, sharp sense, solid professionalism, extensive network, and resolute courage, and has been honored as "China's Best VC Investor" by ChinaVenture in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
